Refund and Returns

We accept FREE returns for defective products on all new and unused items if was caused by an error on our end.

1. Email us at help@unlimitedbirthdays.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your Order Number
3. We will send out a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at help@unlimitedbirthdays.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with the free USPS return shipping label.
3. Refunds take about 5 days to appear back into your original payment method.
